About this website
Clear information. A simple connection.
Project information & independence
PropertyLau is a negotiator-led guide, not the official EXSIM website. No developer appointment or endorsement is claimed. Project information and illustrations are indicative. We handle new-project enquiries. Individual units and current packages require confirmation. Details, availability, legal classifications and project status must be confirmed against current developer documentation.
Privacy & WhatsApp enquiries
This website has no enquiry database. On the live PropertyLau domain, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, property browsing and contact-link clicks, using cookies and related technical information. Our custom events do not include WhatsApp message text or free-text searches. Search runs in your browser. Comparison IDs may be stored in session storage until your browsing session ends; they contain no personal details. WhatsApp links open an external service with a draft message. Nothing is sent until you send it. Any information you choose to send is handled through your WhatsApp conversation with Eric or Jason.
