Quick answer

If daily LRT use is essential, start with Khaya’s Abdullah Hukum reference and Laurel’s Kerinchi access arrangements, then verify the actual route. Enlace is a Pantai Sentral Park alternative, not an established walk-to-LRT option in this comparison. The wider Bangsar label should not hide those differences.

Jalan Bangsar, Bangsar South and Pantai Sentral Park are different addresses

Khaya is on Jalan Bangsar, Laurel is in Bangsar South, and Enlace is in Pantai Sentral Park. They can appear in a wider Bangsar-area search, but they do not provide identical surroundings or the same journey to work. Choose the destinations you need before grouping them as substitutes.

For a buyer relying on trains, the walk from home to the correct station entrance deserves its own comparison. Being near a workplace or a shopping district does not establish a convenient rail route. Treat station access as a practical daily journey, including crossings, shelter and the trip home.

Start with the LRT and last-mile comparison

ProjectRail referenceWhat matters before deciding
Khaya Residences ↗Abdullah Hukum LRTWalking access is described in the reviewed project reference. Check the actual entrance, route and delivery status.
Laurel Residence ↗Kerinchi LRTCovered-walkway and shuttle references need a current route and operating check.
Enlace Suites ↗No direct walking-LRT claim established hereAssess the last mile separately; do not treat the forest-edge setting as proof of station walkability.

Abdullah Hukum and Kerinchi serve the Kelana Jaya LRT corridor. Check current route and service information with Rapid KL. Do not confuse a reference to the wider Bangsar neighbourhood with a promise that the nearest useful station is Bangsar LRT.

Khaya: investigate the Abdullah Hukum journey

Khaya Residences ↗ is a useful starting point when you want a Jalan Bangsar home and the Abdullah Hukum connection is relevant to your work or daily destinations. Its published 630–1,321 sq ft range includes different home sizes, so connect the transport decision to the exact layout you would buy.

Ask for the route from the residential lobby to the correct station entrance. Identify crossings, changes of level, covered sections and access hours. If any part of the access depends on future works, compare the interim journey rather than treating the final concept as already available.

Mid Valley and The Gardens are named nearby destinations in our project information. Check the shopping route separately from the station route. One convenient journey does not establish that every nearby destination is equally accessible.

Laurel: compare a completed Bangsar South option

Laurel Residence ↗ is listed as completed in our collection, with 495–903 sq ft layouts. For someone who needs a shorter moving timeline, an actual available-unit viewing may help resolve both living-space and transport questions.

Its reviewed reference names Kerinchi LRT with covered-walkway and shuttle arrangements. Confirm which route residents currently use, what is sheltered, and whether a shuttle is operating with hours that fit your routine. A shuttle and an independent walk are different choices if you return late or leave outside the service schedule.

Compare the unit, parking and charges with Khaya on the same bedroom requirement. Laurel’s lower project starting reference should not be compared with a larger Khaya layout as if they were the same home.

Enlace: a Pantai Sentral Park alternative with a separate rail check

Enlace Suites ↗ has a forest-edge township setting and separate Suites 1 and Suites 2 layout ranges. Those may be useful features for a household, but this guide does not establish a direct covered or walkable LRT connection for Enlace.

If LRT is non-negotiable, request a realistic route and assess how you reach the station, including any drive, feeder service or other last-mile arrangement that is actually available. We have not assigned an invented walking distance or shuttle promise to make it match the other two.

If the home’s layout or setting is your stronger priority, compare the total journey and daily transport budget before dismissing or shortlisting it. A property can suit you without being the best choice for a station-led search.

Compare sizes, price references and completion

ProjectStarting referenceLayout rangeTenureCompletion reference
Khaya Residences ↗From RM893,000630–1,321 sq ftLeasehold until 12 June 2117Q2 2029
Laurel Residence ↗From RM450,000495–903 sq ftLeasehold until 2119Completed December 2025
Enlace Suites ↗From RM551,000Suites 1: 474–1,733 sq ft; Suites 2: 506–2,034 sq ftLeasehold: 99 years from September 2024Suites 1: September 2029; Suites 2: November 2029

Enlace’s Suites 1 and Suites 2 are separate groups; match a quotation to its release. For all three, listed starting prices apply to different homes and do not establish a comparable price for your preferred bedroom count. Laurel’s completion reference also does not confirm current stock or immediate key collection.

A route test for buyers who will use LRT daily

  • Choose your regular destination and the station that serves it, rather than starting with a generic Bangsar label.
  • Trace the route from the actual residential entrance, including crossings, shelter and opening hours.
  • For a shuttle, verify frequency, first and last service, and an alternative outside those hours.
  • Compare a rainy-day journey and the trip home after dark.
  • Match each property to the same household needs: bedrooms, parking and moving date.
  • Visit the actual route where possible; treat proposed access as a separate delivery question.

Ask Eric or Jason for a station-led shortlist and tell us your daily destination. That makes the comparison more useful than requesting every project carrying a Bangsar-area label.
